Refund & Cancellation Policy

Once a student, candidate, or participant completes registration or payment for any Elien Consultancy program, internship (including the Skill Up India Program, Site Engineer Internship Program, or any other advisory service), there will be strictly no refunds and no cancellations available once enrolled.

All registration fees and program payments are final, non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Registration fees paid during enrollment are immediately committed toward reserving your project seat, assigning dedicated senior engineering mentors, provisioning lab access, and generating course materials. As a result, cancellations or refund requests cannot be processed after a transaction is completed.

If you experience any technical transaction errors (such as a duplicate charge or payment gateway failure), please contact our support team immediately at contact@elien.in with your transaction receipt and order ID for review.
